52 years ago on January 22, 1973 Roe v. Wade established a woman’s constitutional right to have an abortion. The Supreme Court ruled that the right to privacy under the Fourteenth Amendment protected a woman’s ability to choose to terminate a pregnancy during the early stages of gestation.
Donald Trump’s Supreme Court overturned Roe in June of 2022.
Unfortunately, our rights are now under direct threat, and many women are already facing the harsh reality of losing their ability to choose.

Today, we want to highlight and celebrate businesses that stand in solidarity with women, reminding them that they are not alone, and encouraging them to support those that uplift and advocate for women’s rights. No matter what the Court says we know that all people deserve dignity and respect to make healthcare decisions about their own bodies and futures.
