Engage Fitness offers 70+ live online weekly fitness classes taught by a team of welcoming and knowledgeable certified instructors, but more importantly – we offer community and support for each other.
We think we’re pretty unique for a few reasons:
Convenience & Accessibility – You have unlimited access to a flexible schedule of live classes offered at all times of the day, seven days a week. You don’t have to live near a gym. You don’t have to travel anywhere. You don’t even have to wear shoes if you don’t want to.
No pre-registration required for classes. Once you become a member, just show up whenever you want. We are super welcoming, so PLEASE no worries if you are a few minutes late, or if you have to leave early.
Variety & Diversity – Find classes that fit your needs – improve your cardiovascular health, increase your strength and endurance, stretch your body and your mind, stand taller, breathe more deeply – and choose classes from 16 friendly certified instructors to motivate and guide you.
Community – You aren’t just an anonymous screen name to us. We encourage members to turn their cameras on. We get to know each other. Our members feel comfortable to ask questions and frequently make new friends on our platform. And our highly-skilled instructors like to provide real-time instruction. But if you’re feeling a little shy, no worries, we welcome EVERYone, even if you prefer to keep your camera off. No judgment from us, because we all have bad hair days. And messy rooms. And crazy pets/kids/partners.
Authenticity – We don’t have fancy digital backgrounds or corporate themed uniforms. We make mistakes. We occasionally trip over our words, and sometimes our own feet. We share what’s difficult for us, and we are not here to judge you, only to cheer you on personally.
