Animal Prints, a Little Extra

If you have a folder on your phone that’s just pictures of your pet and strong opinions about which one captures them fully, this art is probably for you.

I make whimsical animal art in my home studio in the Finger Lakes region of NYS, with my dog Oliver usually asleep three feet away. Occasionally he supervises.

I’m inspired by cute animals, bright, joyful, colors, and building my own home filled with pieces chosen for the memories attached to them, not their aesthetic. That’s what I hope my art can be for you, too- bright, joyful memories.

Each print has an extra touch of originality. They all start as a digital art sketch, painted in a watercolor like style, then printed on 100% cotton fine art paper using lightfast archival inks. I then physically hand paint gold accents on every single one, so no two are exactly alike.

I love painting cats and dogs, but you’ll also find red pandas, whale sharks, foxes, and more. Don’t see your favorite animal? I do custom portraits too, pets and wildlife alike. A few good reference photos and I’ll be able to create something extra just for you 🙂
