I’m a multidisciplinary artist based in Downeast Maine, who learned to sew at age 7 and built my first loom out of cardboard shortly after. I have been working in the ceramic medium for 17 years; I enjoy both wheel-throwing and hand-building my pottery, and I color and carve each piece by hand. When I switch gears and pick up a textile project, I’m enthusiastic about using repurposed materials and repairing damaged items. Everything I make comes from a place of opposition to throwaway culture and planned obsolescence. Thematically, my work is inspired by belief, influenced by childhood experiences, and intended for use in personal ritual. If you’re looking for something a little bit offbeat or mystical, or if you’re in your “romanticizing life” era (or if you just want to get more wear out of your favorite beat-up clothes!), you’ve come to the right place!

Environmental responsibility is very important to me, both personally and in my business. For this and for many other reasons, I do not support or use generative ai in any capacity. All of my work is handmade by me from my own original designs.
