Hi! I’m Brittany Druker—the owner + baker at The Weekly Mac! My one-flavor-per-week concept began in 2017 after taking a baking enthusiast course at the French Pastry School. I challenged myself to bake 52 different flavors of macarons in 52 weeks as a fun side-project and evolved it into a thriving side-business. In 2025, I took the leap to bake full time—leaving behind my career as an advertising creative for something that feels more meaningful, joyful, and connected to my community here in Chicago.

As the world is getting crazier and heavier by the day, I hope my macarons can bring a little bit of happiness to each of you!
