Swelter Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned specialty coffee brand with a mission to promote gender equity and sustainability through the connection of female coffee producers and coffee lovers everywhere. We work with female producers and mission-aligned importers to deliver quality coffees to your door, anywhere in the U.S.

We also offers the first of its kind, truly sustainable packaging system with our Zero-Waste Coffee Club. Unsatisfied with conventional options in the market, we created our own re-usable packaging system, designed to be shipped back and forth in the mail. We send you coffee in our packaging, you send the packaging bag – we wash and reuse! That simple.

Founded by Stephanie Welter-Krause after years of roasting coffee as a hobby. She didn’t see any other coffee brand talking about the women who power our whole global industry, often doing over 70% of the work on farms, and going home and taking care of the family as well. Their voices deserve to be heard, and their efforts compensated, so she started Swelter Coffee as a way to promote their stories.

We offer a variety of single-origin coffees that highlight unique flavors found in each origin, at different roast levels to satisfy any coffee-lovers tastes.
