Yes, that’s my full name. No, I’m not kidding—middle name since birth, married name since 2016.

I’m a writer, storyteller, creator, chronic over-sharer, and imposter. I mean, who said I could have a website? Here, I share candidly about receiving an Autism diagnosis at 34, an ADHD diagnosis at 32, and an OCD diagnosis at 31. I write about my experiences with anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, disordered eating, grief, therapy, spiders in my hair (what?), and more.

I sincerely hope that by sharing my story, others will see that it’s OK to do the same.
