Phoenix Growth Systems was founded by Rebecca Foley in 2019. Rebecca was raised in the accounting industry; her dad is a CPA and taught her foundational skills. Due to her early start, she has over 25 years accumulated in the business. Her dad may have taught her the ropes, but this isn’t her father’s bookkeeping business. Rebecca had to learn how to identify her ideal client. She found that she likes working with solo-entrepreneurs, new businesses and microbusinesses. Her small but mighty team supports entrepreneurs from historically underestimated communities. Their clients are creative nontraditional businesses, changemakers on the margins, the cool people doing cool stuff.
