Our property is centrally located to all that Vermont has to offer: Bread and Puppet Theater, Rock of Ages Quarry, The Great Vermont Corn Maze, Vermont Bike and Brew, Unadilla Theater, Groton State Forest, and our quaint capital city, Montpelier. There is no end to the number of quirky, fun adventures you can have!

Our reviews speak for themselves. Stroll the grounds and pick the different fruits that have been thoughtfully planted to provide season-long treats, or pick wildflowers to bring home to loved ones. Breakfasts feature homemade pastries and locally sourced ingredients, along with a carafe of locally roasted organic coffee and a bottle of Vermont maple syrup! Pets are encouraged, provided their owners are kind, empathetic, and open-minded people who are excited to share a beautiful place with friends. Peace!
