Many of whom are also queer, immigrant or multi-generational, women praised for “holding everything together,” or disabled and managing two systems at once. Also serves caregivers, educators, and organizers who give all day and have nothing left by evening.

Work is grounded in a structured, repeatable four-step framework: Recognize → Understand → Pivot → Practice. This framework is intersectional and rooted in compassion rather than judgment.

How Pattern Pivot Works: Sessions and programs are available virtually (nationwide) and in-person (Houston, TX). Pattern Pivot is coaching, not clinical treatment — services do not include diagnosis, treatment, or medication management, and referrals to licensed clinical providers are made when appropriate.
