I’m Nicole. I am a life coach, public health practitioner, and birth and lactation professional. Through my small business, Mother Nurture Consulting & Wellness, I am devoted to helping women lead with resilience, purpose, and deep connection to their bodies and values. Much of my work centers around the profound transitions of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I guide women through these threshold moments with compassion, embodied practices, and a deep respect for their intuition and lived wisdom. I also thrive in spaces where I can hold space for women as they emerge as leaders; whether in their homes, their businesses, and their lives.

Having navigated my own healing from trauma and burnout, I now create spaces where women can integrate their full selves — not just their roles — and step into regenerative living that nourishes both self and their communities!

In my local community, I am most known for my holistic approach to breastfeeding support, and my advocacy work in the motherhood space. I also host one to two retreats per year, where I teach from a regenerative framework through a concept I call “rewilded leadership.”
