Small Batches of Dark and Milk Chocolate Bars Made in Kailua Kona, HI.

We are a small chocolate maker located in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. In addition to chocolate bars made from beans from various countries around the world we also grow our own cacao on the island which we ferment ourselves before making it into great tasting chocolate bars. Making craft chocolate from tree to bar is a long time consuming and labor intensive process. But the results are well worth it!
