Selfish Mama, LLC is a values-driven coaching and personal development business that supports women—especially mothers—in building self-awareness, resilience, and conscious leadership.

Through individual coaching, group spaces, and thoughtfully designed tools, I help women reconnect with themselves and make intentional choices in their lives, work, and relationships. Offerings include a Self-Reflection Card Deck that encourages meaningful introspection and a behavioral mindset assessment that provides insights on one’s consciousness and how it manifests in everyday life.

My work is rooted in democratic values: human dignity, equality, bodily autonomy, truth, and personal responsibility. I believe a healthy democracy depends on emotionally aware, empowered individuals who think critically, care for their communities, and act in alignment with their values.

Selfish Mama exists to normalize self-reflection as a form of leadership and to support women in showing up fully for themselves, their families, and the world.
