For 28 years, I worked in emergency rooms and primary care clinics. I led teams, held space for hard moments, and learned what real healing looks like. But even as a successful nurse leader, I avoided my own wellness.
Today, I coach clients who find themselves in that same place—overwhelmed, successful on the outside, and silently longing for more alignment inside.
