Iron Fist Gym was established in July 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic. The initial vision was to deliver high-quality personal coaching in boxing and strength conditioning. As time progressed, Iron Fist evolved into a larger facility that provides small group classes while still maintaining individualized one-on-one coaching. Throughout the years, Iron Fist Gym has broadened its class offerings, now including training in MMA, kickboxing, and self-defense.
