I’m Tina, the hands and heart behind HavSolStudio, based in Onalaska, Wisconsin where I live with my husband Daryl. Art and design have been part of me since childhood—I started college in fine arts, then shifted to environmental design and landscape architecture after working with a local river keepers initiative. Nature and creativity have always been tangled up in my life.

After years in the field, I slowed down and started creating jewelry again—pieces rooted in the natural world, with meaning and a bit of mischief. I’m drawn to materials that are often overlooked: stones that are cracked, weathered, or unusually shaped. The ones with scars and stories. I see beauty in their flaws—just like in wild landscapes and imperfect gardens.

My background in garden design gives me an eye for contrast, texture, and light, and I carry that into my jewelry. I work with natural gemstones, reclaimed brass, coconut shell, sea shells, and other earthy elements. Many pieces have a mystical, Nordic edge—my Norwegian roots come through in the designs: grounded, raw, a little wild. Every bracelet or necklace is one-of-a-kind and made with intention—sometimes protective, sometimes playful, but always real. These are everyday talismans, designed to feel personal and a little magical.
