Mary is the founder of Fox & Wit, a book subscription box that features queer, marginalized, and underrepresented authors in romance, horror, and fantasy categories.

Fox & Wit’s story began humbly on Etsy, where Mary—then a graduate student—designed wedding invitations and greeting cards as a creative outlet. Inspired by her own journey of self-discovery, she pivoted Fox & Wit to focus on book subscriptions in 2017, creating a space where underrepresented stories could shine.

Mary is an autistic Vietnamese American who believes that stories are about bridging real human connections between those who share different experiences from us while offering an escape from the drudgery of adulthood.
