Empowered Flow is a sensual dance and movement studio offering pole dance, Liquid Motion/floorwork, chair dance and tease, yoga, complementary flow arts, private instruction, and group parties. We are proud to be Lexington’s only pole dance studio with XPERT certified pole instructors. No prior dance or movement experience is necessary to begin! Students are able to personalize their training and areas of focus—as there are various types and styles of pole dance, as well as multiple performance outlets. All bodies are pole bodies, and all are welcome here!
