I started hand sewing in grade school by adding embellishments to doll clothes, took my first official sewing class at 14 and discovered drawing at 15. In college I studied Art emphasizing Fashion Illustration and Interior Design. Over the years I’ve done some work in the Interior Design field and have enjoyed making clothes, costumes, home decor (from window treatments, slipcovers, cushions) as well as holiday decorations. Designing and making my own wedding dress, and my daughter’s hand-smocked baptism dress are a couple of my favorite projects.

My love of crafting, designing, sewing and making things pretty has continued to this day.

Now, I have come to a point in my life with more time to be creative; to make and do. Here are the fruits of my labors.
