At Disrupt Education Today, we believe education should be bold, dynamic, and deeply human. Our small but mighty consultancy works with parents, teachers, school leaders, and founders who are ready to rethink traditional schooling and create meaningful, life-enhancing learning environments for children and young adults.
We started this business because we’ve seen firsthand how rigid systems often fail to meet learners where they are. The spark behind Disrupt Education Today came from years of working inside and outside conventional education—seeing what works, what doesn’t, and what’s possible when imagination and intention come together. We’re here to help families and educators design alternatives that are authentic, learner-driven, and rooted in connection.
Our most popular services include educational consulting for homeschool set-up, school start-ups, and special education placements. We also provide professional development for educators and parent coaching for those navigating tough decisions like bullying, school refusal, or finding the right learning environment. For schools and programs, we help build strong visions and cultures, rooted in experiential, personalized, and inclusive learning models.
Whether we’re supporting a parent creating a home-based learning plan, guiding a teacher in launching a micro-school, or helping a community reimagine public education, our focus is always on building something lasting, human-centered, and joyful.
We see learning as a mosaic—built from many interconnected parts: the home, the classroom, the outdoors, the arts, relationships, curiosity, and courage. When those pieces come together with care and intention, the result is powerful. Our job is to help individuals and communities bring those pieces into alignment.
Why do we do this work? Because we believe every learner deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. Because schools should reflect the diversity, creativity, and complexity of the students they serve. And because we’ve seen what’s possible when families and educators feel empowered and inspired.
We’re proud to be part of a growing movement of educators and families who are disrupting the status quo—for the better.
