Hello! I am an LCSW based out of Colorado Springs, CO looking to help you on your journey to self help, healing and wholeness.  I am patient focused with a specialty in trauma by using Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe that we all have the ability to heal within ourselves and deserve to live the very best life. With a bit of support, alot of encouragement, and a great dose of motivation anything is possible and I am here to light the way alongside you.
