Carina Fleckner Photography is a strategy-led personal branding photography and coaching business serving women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop hiding and be truly seen.

Based in San Diego — and available for travel — I offer more than a photoshoot. I create a full brand experience designed to help women step into their most powerful, authentic selves. My personal branding sessions include a deep-dive strategy process, shoot planning, and a curated gallery that gives entrepreneurs the visual presence their work deserves. Clients arrive nervous and camera-shy; they leave radiant, confident, and ready to show up fully in their businesses.

Beyond the camera, I offer a 1:1 Brand Clarity Mentorship for entrepreneurs who are ready to cut through the noise and build a brand that truly shines. Through a private video session, a customized action plan, and follow-up support, clients walk away with clarity, confidence, and a strategy they can put into action immediately.

I’m also co-founder of The EmpowerHer Project, a nomination-based, donation-funded initiative that gifts San Diego women a full makeover and professional photoshoot experience. I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and worthy.
