Our founder (a mom, former veterinary nurse, and Highlands County FL local) knows firsthand how life can get… complicated. Between raising kids, managing a household, and navigating her own health journey, she realized there had to be a better way to balance work and family while serving her community.
So she built Bee & Barb: a business designed to meet people where they are… literally. Because let’s be real… sometimes you need a notary at your kitchen table, your office, or even your grandma’s hospital room.
We’re proof that life doesn’t always fit neatly into 9–5 boxes, but notarizations can still fit into yours. 

What’s in the Name?
Yes, Bee & Barb is named after that cozy little inn from Skyrim. (Gamers get it. Everyone else: just know it’s about warmth, reliability, and being the stop where business gets done.)
Much like its namesake, we aim to be the place where you can take care of life’s important moments with a smile and maybe even a little laughter.
