Ballet by Catalina  Bliss is a passionate, ABT®-certified ballet instructor and social justice advocate who brings decades of dance experience to teaching adaptive ballet online and in-person. Born in Medellín, Colombia and raised in Connecticut, Catalina earned her ABT® National Training Curriculum certification (Pre‑Primary through Level 5) and uses her platform to amplify disabled, Latina, and marginalized dancers—hosting classes, private sessions, and workshops rooted in accessibility and inclusion. With a formal background in dance training and a commitment to equity in movement, she offers compassionate, trauma-informed instruction alongside DEI consulting for studios aiming to serve all bodies.
