Ideal For
Size: Most of my clients are government agencies (city and county) and businesses with 100 – 2,000 employees.
Duration: My clients typically ask for a series of classes, with half- or full-day sessions, focused on the topics employees need most. Some engagements are one-off, but most are recurring throughout the year.
Delivery: Classes can be delivered onsite or remotely (via Teams, Zoom, or other meeting platforms).
Customized: Everything is customizable, including the duration, specific topics, and samples used.
For Example
Your employees have expressed a desire for training on Microsoft Excel. I offer an entire course on Excel with over 32 hours of classroom content. We might offer “Essentials” (3 hours) and “Intermediate” (8 hours) three times each to accommodate every employee, and then offer Advanced (8 hours) and Mastery (8 hours) once each for your power users. A few special classes might also be scheduled, including “Using Power Query with Excel” (3 hours) and “Charts, Charts, Charts!” (2 hours) for users with unique needs.
In all, we decide on 55 hours of training on Microsoft Excel spread throughout a calendar quarter.
Migration Projects
I have extensive experience helping my clients migrate to Microsoft 365 (including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams) from other platforms including Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Slack, and local file shares. I can work with both your end users (for training and guidance) as well as your IT department (for higher-level training and consulting) throughout the project, while also working with your team on end-user communications.
Rates and Fees
Education is billed per hour, not per person, allowing you to “fill the room” with your employees at no extra cost.
There are no additional fees or taxes for education services provided online. (Travel and other costs may be incurred for onsite classes.)
Other projects, including consulting, are billed differently so don’t hesitate to ask for a formal quote.
