Hi, I’m Jo! I’m an indie nail polish maker from the PNW selling artisanal, hand-made nail polishes. I started my business in 2025 after joining the indie nail polish community and starting my collection a few years ago. My lacquers are 21-free, and vegan (meaning they don’t contain many of the harsh chemicals found in mainstream polish).

I started this business as a way to channel my rage at the current situation of America and the wider world into a creative outlet. I find the whole process soothing – from brainstorming the recipes, to sourcing the materials, to mixing, bottling, selling and marketing.

My goal is to help everyone (regardless of gender and sexuality) feel comfortable buying polishes that bring them joy. I’ve just started donating to LGBTQIA2S+ and other charities and can’t wait to make more contributions to organizations I care about!
