At Alynd Fitness, I help women rebuild from the inside out — starting with the foundation most fitness programs skip entirely: the pelvic floor, the breath, and the deep core. Because when those systems work, everything else works better. You lift heavier. You move without pain. You feel like yourself again.
Here’s what working with me actually looks like:
We start with breathwork and pelvic floor foundations — retraining your diaphragm, deep core, and pelvic floor to function as one coordinated system. From there, we move into progressive strength training designed specifically for women’s bodies, building muscle and confidence simultaneously. Layered throughout is nutritional guidance rooted in real life — protein timing, blood sugar balance, stress and cortisol connection — no deprivation, no diet culture.
Every piece is intentional. Every phase builds on the last.
I bring credentials that matter — RN, MA Biology, NASM-CPT, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Wellness Coach, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist — but what women consistently say is that this feels different. Not just physically, but in how they think about their bodies. The negative self-talk quiets. The confidence returns. The strength becomes theirs to keep.
