Aging Together is a national educational media platform for family caregivers of older adults, helping them navigate our complex and unfair health and care systems in the USA. We also provide consulting services to businesses building in the AgeTech & CareTech spaces. Our founder, Dr. Pooja A. Patel, is a double-board-certified occupational therapist and gerontologist with a decade of experience working with older adults and their families. She aims to bridge the gap between care literacy and crisis intervention, preparing families for their worst days before they happen.
