An illustrator and cartoonist whose work appeals to the to the 5 year old in all of us who just wants to stomp puddles and carry toads around in our shirt pockets and poke at caterpillars. Through original designs featuring her frog characters, and handcrafted treasures that make you giggle and laugh when you look at them, Samantha hopes to do what little things she can to bring a little spark of cheer into this dystopian post-capitalist hellscape. From fun keychains and bookmarks that you’ll want to hold onto, crocheted frog coin purses to cherish and take along on adventures, and cartoon dinos to spark a conversation, a variety of goodies are made in the studio by this singular creator.

Work is heavily influenced by the natural world; from having grown up on literature like the Redwall series by Brian Jacques, picture books like Babar and George and Martha, and the precious charm of Frog and Toad by Arnold Lobel; the underlying theme is seeking sacred refuge from the peril and tumult of the Human Comedy in the lush and soothing bosom of nature paths and ponds’ edges.
