We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. While we hope you love your Little Blue Cart merch as much as we do, we’re here to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible. Here’s the deal:

Refunds & Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If it’s been more than 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange—but we still love you. 💙

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging (because we all love a good unboxing)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Partial Refunds

In some cases, we can offer a partial refund, like if:

  • The item isn’t in its original condition, has damage, or is missing parts (and not because of something we did).
  • The item is returned after 30 days (but let’s try to keep it within the timeframe, okay?).

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email update. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Still waiting on your refund?

  • Check your bank account (we’ve all been there).
  • Contact your credit card company—sometimes they take their sweet time.
  • Reach out to your bank. Processing times vary.

Exchanges

Got a defective or damaged item? That’s not the kind of surprise we like. We’re happy to replace it! Just shoot us an email at hello@littlebluecart.com, and we’ll take care of it.

Gifts

Got a Little Blue Cart item as a gift? Lucky you! If it was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped straight to you, you’ll get a gift credit when you return it. If it wasn’t marked as a gift (or the giver had it sent to themselves first), the refund will go back to them.

How to Return Your Item

Before sending anything back, email us at hello@littlebluecart.com so we can guide you through the process.

 Return Shipping:
  • You’ll cover the shipping costs for returns (we wish we could, but we’re a small business, not Amazon).
  • If your return is approved, we’ll refund your purchase minus the shipping cost.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’d hate for your return to go MIA!
