Hi, I’m Cara and I believe the best jewelry isn’t just a beautiful object to wear. It becomes a part of your story.

I’ve been creating jewelry by hand in my Sunset Valley, Texas studio since 2016, using traditional metalsmithing techniques to turn precious metals and gemstones into pieces that are both wearable and meaningful. My work blends nature-inspired artistry with timeless design, and everything is made in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces.

I started Cara Carter Jewelry because I wanted to combine my love of art, nature, and personal connection into something tangible; something people could wear every day and feel confident, beautiful, and themselves in. I strive to make jewelry that feels special without being “too precious” to wear; it’s art you can live in.

At its core, Cara Carter Jewelry is about connection. Connection to nature, to beauty, to yourself, and to moments that matter. In addition, I believe that jewelry isn’t just decoration.
